I received the bag and stretched it out on my bed. At first I was impressed with the sturdiness but worried because, even though I knew my guitar was on the small side this bag looked like it was too small. I opened it up, unzipped the zippers all the way around and proceeded to stuff my gutar in the bag. Well, it fits like a glove, which is a good thing but if you have a guitar that measures more than 40" long or more than 5" thick you may need a larger bag. Mine is exactly 40" tall x 4 1/4" deep x 15" wide (widest at bottom) and it fills the bag up just like the picture shows. It has some decent padding, and a zippered compartment for a music book, picks, etc... but not much else. Overall I think it's well made with good zippers and padding. If you have a guitar like mine or smaller it's a good choice.

The Gator Guitar bag arrived today and I was suprised how good it was. The outside of the case is made of a tough material with a strong shoulder strap that has multiple connections for righty or lefties. It was nicely padded and fit well. I bought this for my daughters guitar to replace the very cheap "dustcover" case that came with her guitar. She has to carry this on the schoolbus and this should be a litte extra protection for the guitar.

I appreciate the other reviewer who included the dimensions of the bag. I wanted to get the smallest possible bag to fit my OM sized acoustic, to serve as my 'travel' guitar. I didn't want a huge bag that could also fit dreads. This bag 'should' fit a standard size 15 inch lower bout acoustic. Mine fit (barely), but its exactly the fit I wanted, tight with no extra space, saving more space in the car when traveling. Overall recommended.
