I don't know what everyone is complaining about. I bought this after reading the reviews about how terrible it tastes, and i was excited about trying it the first time and being completely blown away by how gross it is.

I mixed this up like i mix up my Green Vibrance shake... stick it in my shaker cup, add the powder to some water and mix in a little stevia to sweeten it. this stuff tastes GOOD! it kinda reminds me of a wheatgrass shot, but with a lighter flavor. (and contrary to what another reviewer said, i think it tastes better than my Green Vibrance haha)

The only thing i don't like about it is how quickly it settles. there are alot of solids in it, and they all settle to the bottom of the cup within a few minutes of it sitting there. i'm guessing that's why it suggests you make blend it together with fruit. i don't have a problem shaking it before each sip though :)

I am sure this stuff is healthy which is why I gave it 3 stars, but the taste is absolutely horrible. I drink and enjoy green smoothies, so its not like I am not used to drinking green based foods in liquid form. However, this stuff is absolutely nasty tasting to the point of making you gag. I made the mistake of buying the large container figuring the bad reviews on taste were just by people not use to greens in liquid form. So if you are thinking of buying this, you SHOULD BUY THE SMALL CONTAINER to make sure you can stomach it. Or, better yet go in on a large container with a few friends--chances are one of them will not be bothered by the taste and the others can get reimbursed and let the friend who likes it keep the stuff--that way none of you will be out any money. I will be giving this stuff away--more than happy to waste the $50 and save many "gag" reflexes.

I bought this because I wanted something simple and good for you. Just mix it with water and drink it..you will get use to the taste. It is not that bad and the energy you get afterward is worth it. All this blending with this and that takes time and extra money then clean up. Something this good for you doesn't need to taste good so get over it and just drink it! You won't be sorry.
